I am applying to sponsor my grandma however the dates of death for her father is unknown since he disappeared in second world war. How do I go about writing this information and attaching?

Don't think the date of death field is a mandatory field......if i were you i will leave it blank instead of provide a false information......and if you want to, maybe provide an explanation on a separate sheet.
