I have applied for my nephew under pnp program of Manitoba and submitted all documents and fees .Recently he got a letter from embassy in new delhi stating that they are refusing the application on the grounds that they have not received his medical and passport.BUt my nephew never got any letter from embassy asking for medical or passport so how he can send it? What are the options I have now? Im in a fix?
