Missing 50 points for job offer category

Hi There,
I have an employer-specific (closed) work permit supported by LMIA. Unfortunately, I was abused by my employer so I applied for a "vulnerable open work permit" and I got it. now I'm working for a new employer using the new vulnerable open work permit.

My problem is I have applied to the express entry program as the primary applicant using the new vulnerable open work permit, and even though I have a valid job offer, I am not getting the 50 points for job offer category.

What should I do to gain those 50 points? please advise.

You aren't entitled to the 50 points since you are on an open work permit.

To clarify, your new employer needs to get an approved LMIA if you want the 50 points.

You aren't entitled to the 50 points since you are on an open work permit.

No, that would be misrepresentation. You are no longer working for that employer.
