Friends i am new to this forum and really need your help. My online visa application got approved on June 18th and I sent my PP for stamping to LA office 12 days back and forgot to mention "EAPP" on the first line of the address. I think that is why my passports have still not come back and must be lying in the general queue with an assumption that it is a new application to be reviewed not realizing that it is already approved. My travel date is approaching and i am in deep trouble already. My mails are not being answered by them...What is the fastest way to get out of this? Need someone to help me immediately please. Thanks.

I think you don't have too much options:
You can either try to call directly the embassy and explain the situation
or
Go to the embassy yourself (back in May there was a guy in the forum who did this, he went to the visa office in Los Angeles, USA).

Thanks! I assume this must be a common problem. Someone must sort through all the mail and forward it to the various departments so I'm hoping it won't take too long.

Got the visa back. It appears it didn't make a difference sending my passport without the 'EAPP'. The paper that I had to print and send with it was stamped and dated by the embassy the same date it arrived there. The passport itself was stamped 3 days later.
