I received a Request Letter around the same time of my biometrics request, but I was receiving error messages while opening that specific letter on Chrome, and I wrongly assumed it was related to the submission to my biometrics. I realized today that my account still had an 'action required' status and then realized the Request Letter was for my IELTS Test Report. I did not submit it in my initial application since it wasn't explicitly asked. Also, I had submitted my test number in the questionnaire, so I thought that would suffice.
I was still able to submit the test report today through the online portal and it now shows a "Replacement Provided" message.
Is there anything I should be doing? Should I call to check if it will still be considered? Will this affect my processing time/application?
