Missed disclosing sibling. Now sibling trying to apply

Hi All

I became PR on Aug 2017. Prior to landing, I realized that I missed disclosing my brother on my application. So before I landed, I informed CIC about this and they responded saying "Since a final decision has been made on the application I do not need to submit additional information. So your application will not be updated with the information provided. You are welcome to update this information if you have another application in process or a in a new application."

Now my brother is trying to apply for FSW. He wants to claim points for sibling. In this case, I want to know
1. if there is anything I should be concerned with?
2. Should I ask my brother not to claims points for sibling?(He still has a great chance without sibling points). 3. In case he claims points, if CIC comes back, can I show my communication with CIC as evidence that I tried to fix the issue before I became a PR, but CIC refused to update my information?

2. Should I ask my brother not to claims points for sibling?(He still has a great chance without sibling points). It's up to you and your brother, nothing wrong with him claiming the points and you supporting his application. His application would be the opportunity to update the records
3. In case he claims points, if CIC comes back, can I show my communication with CIC as evidence that I tried to fix the issue before I became a PR, but CIC refused to update my information? Yes, totally fine
