Missed biometrics call

Hello
My AOR is September 20.
I missed the call for biometrics on November 16. They left a voicemail that they’ll call the next day but it’s been 3 days now and i am still waiting fir their call.

I missed call yesterday afternoon but received call today morning and booked BIOMETRIC appointment.
