Miss the passport submission deadline

Hi, I got the approve for a visitor visa the 20th of december (31 days ago), and the next week thr VAC was close almost all week because of the holidays, besides I had a family trip to the US from the 27th until January 18th so I couldn't submit my paspport, I wrote a Webform with all the proof of the trip, should I submit my passport to the VAC with a cover letter? Thanks for the help

Wait for them to get back to your webform. In the meantime, call them and tell about your situation. You can follow this thread which had a similar situation and see what other people did.
