I lied on a canada student visa application in 2017 and submited false documnts got rejctd reason saying less ties to country but CIC did not find my misrepresntation. now, i want to apply for canada pr and i want to be truthful this time and rectify that lie and submit all genuine documnts. Will they approve my pr? Or will they ban me for lying on my past application?

Nobody here is a VO. No matter how many times you post the answer is same. Be 100% honest in your EE application. You might get PR or you might not. Give a good try and hope for the best.
