Misrepresentation

Hi,
Please help me with the following:
My Relative got her PR in Canada on May 07, after that she sponsored her husband and one dependent daughter, Everything was OK but unfortunately they misrepresent the Date of Birth of their daughter, her age was more than 22 Years at time of apply. The Immigration Officer found that evidence and Refused the application due to finding of inadmissibility on the ground of misrepresentation with the punishment for two years on seeking entry to Canada.
This time two years are over, now can she sponsor her husband again and is that decision will effect her new case.

I think she can sponsor him again, but this time be as trueful as possible, as her application will be now under really careful observation.

So they tried to cheat the system and got caught. I think she will be able to sponsor the husband now but not the daughter since like you said, she is over 22 and not a dependent anymore.
