I came to Canada in 2019 as a student. Right now I have my PGWP and a full-time job. I applied for my PR last week. I got an adult caution from the UK in 2012. There is a question that did you ever arrest, commit a crime, or be convicted? But when I apply for my permit, I realized that an adult caution is not a conviction. Even they did not give me any sentences or even I didn't have to court. I told them I was sorry for what I have done and it will never happen again. Then the officer told me that I am free to go. So, I choose the answer with "NO". So, for my PR application, I applied for a police clearance certificate from ACRO and I got mine with No Live Trace. I have already sent an LOE with my application that why I choose that question of that answer NO. So, is that will be a misrepresentation? Thank You
