Misrepresentation of sibling information - Express Entry help needed

My spouse (study permit) and I (work permit) applied together by not mentioning about my sibling who is already a PR of canada as it would cause a rejection. Currently I'm planning to apply the express entry and would like to include her as this contains 15 points since she is a PR.

My concern is will that be an issue since I did not mention her in my work permit application?

You can’t pick & choose when to include information because you decide it’s inconvenient.
Getting worried about it now is irrelevant, that ship has sailed.
People seriously can screw things up
