Mismatching the applicant's name

I would like to share a problem with you on my application for Canadian immigration for skilled workers. All my academic certificates were issued in my name Md. Sabbir Hossain. But in passport it is written Mohammad Sabbir Hossain as in the passport form it was instructed not to write down any abbreviated form like Md. Now If I apply with my passport name that is Mohammad Sabbir Hossain along with my educational certificates & other supporting documents with Md. Sabbir Hossain , will my application be disqualified for this reason? What should I do now? I will be grateful for your suggestions.

Your application will not be disqualified. This is a very common issue.

You need to get a self sworn affidavit indicating that both are the same names and belong to the same person. Then prepare a cover letter on top of it explaining the situation.
