Hi ranaishi,

No doubt you have provided the 100% original work experience, but when they verified with your employer may be your employer didn’t proved them the same information what you have mentioned in your work experience. Check with your employer or immediate supervisor or Manager if they have received the verification call or email from CIC, get information from them as much you can.
1. Writer explanation to CIC
2. Proved experience letter with proper contact details of your boss (Pakistani Employer) who can verify your position / job title, date you started and end date, duty, responsibilities & job description as mentioned on your experience letter
3. You can call on number or e-mail ( to Pakistani employer) and inquired about yourself, you will come to know how and who has replied your verification call – than you can speak to responsible person and request them next time they should replying as they have mentioned in the experience letter
4. If they are moved, employer or management is changed, you can request them the new experience letter with proper contact details and send to cic with explanation
5. If you still feel your all document and provided information are correct and verification was done correct, employer replies were same as you have provided to cic than you can write to the new Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Mr. Chris Alexander and explain to him your case ( in case of rejection)

Hope that helps,
