I can see lot of ICT guys wants to claim 50 points for existing work done and they dont accept the fact that they want a "JOB OFFER LETTER" of 1 yr from same employer for which they are working now. They will get 50 bonus points now but once they receive ITA they will be screwed because they had to provide a job offer letter.

Which states "The candidates must meet certain criteria, such as at least one year of work experience from the same employer who is providing their job offer.
Job offers will only need to be a minimum of one year in duration once they receive permanent residence."
And the last two lines which states
