Mis representation of educational documents

Hi Dear,
I have few questions to ask , a friend of mine applied Study Permit through consultant but got refund . He has done MBA but consultant only show B.com in documents to get SP because he applied in a college diploma . Now he want to change category like express enty, skill immigration , should he mention his All education because it may be cause refusel as misrepresentation of documents. What is your expert advice for him?

Yes he will be suspected of misrepresentation because CIC will compare past Visa applications and they will see that he misrepresented. He will have to declare his genuine education history in EE application and hope that CIC won't issue a Procedural Fairness letter.

Now if he apply for skill immigration so chances will be very heigh that his application got rejection even result in ban for several years?

Doesn't matter which application, all applicants must declare genuine education and employment history. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and a banned of 5 years.

If your friend is really interested in applying to immigrate to Canada, then he should apply and wait for CIC updates and request because there's nothing he can do at this point and if CIC issues a PFL, then he must be ready to explain why he declare in his past study permit application that he only has a bachelor degree while infact he has a masters degree.
