Minor's study permit

Hi,

I am an international student and had applied for Spouse work permit and visitor visa for child who is a minor. However visitor visa got refused and they have asked to apply for student permit for the minor. Status of SOWP is still open.

Should I send them a request to add the child to existing application or apply for a student permit from a new account of the child?

You can't 'add a child' to an existing temporary residence application. You will have to make a new study permit application on her or his behalf.
