Minor DUI 0.05 or over affect PGWP and PR card?

Hello,
I just graduated college in Ontario, and I will apply PGWP soon.
I was caught in DUI 0.05 or over, section 48 with 3days license suspension and $250 penalty.
I am reflecting on my mistake which I should have not done.
I really worried about it will affect PGWP and PR card negatively.
Most of my friend said I cannot get PR card.
But I think it is minor one and there will be no criminal record for this.

1. Minor DUI also create criminal record?
2. If there is no criminal record, then there will be no problem with PGWP or PR card?
3. I really want to get PR card, but if I cannot due to this, then I want to get PGWP at least, is this possible?

Please answer at all three questions.

Yes I got suspension notice, and I guess this is ticket.
And I just paid penalty and license reinstatement fee through online since it cannot be appealed.

You should double check with a lawyer but you may have been exceptionally lucky and not charged criminally. Had you been charged criminally you'd be inadmissible if convicted. Drunk driving is a VERY SERIOUS offence.

@Henry24 is there any update? I am facing the same issue now. I got my criminal record from triton and it is cleared.
Please enlighten me. What can i face a problem? I want to go to my country for 1 month after apply pgwp, will i have a problem when i want to enter Canada again?
