Minor Citizenship Parent Signature

Hi people

I am applying the canadian citizenship for my child who is 14 years old. My question is do both parents need to sign for the ''SIGNATURE of the person with custody or empowered to act on minor's Behalf'' section? Can one parent sign it , or do both need to.

I applied for my minors aswell 17yrs and 9yrs I signed for the 9yr old my application was accepted don' believe both parents needs to sign.

What I used for my PR process (child was 14 years old) and also added in my citizenship this year (now child is 17 years old) is the form below:
