up to date I have received confirmation letter for approved open work permit application, my wife has received conformation letter for approved study permit application. Both of us have received eTA. Unfortunately we missed to apply simulteniously for study permit of our kids. Due to the fact that curently all of us are outside Canada (including the kids) we need to obtain study permit (open) for kids. So, what should be our next step as to be obtained such study permit? Can we apply online? Who should apply - the parent by the name of dependant childs? Is it absolutely must to obtain study permit or we could just obtain eTA for our kids, to arrive all of us in Canada and the kids to be treated as inside Canada located and not required study permit for studying? Please advise!
