A minor child almost reaching the age of 18 has been issued a study permit to study in Quebec (where the majority age is 18 years). Looking at the information on this website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/minor-children.html, it says the custodian declaration form has to be submitted with the application -- for the study permit. But now he already has it, so does that mean he is good to go? I mean does he or doesn't he need a custodian form?
