I have a question please

In minor application question number 9 .has the child left Canada for 6 months or longer since becoming a permanent resistant ?

Is this 6 months in total or 6 moths per trip? my children have 2 trips ( first one was 4 moths and the other one is 3 months)

so should I answer yes and write those trips or answer no because each trip is less than 6 months

If it was per trip I would expect CIC to add the line 'per trip' after the phrase '6 months or longer' so say yes and state the total time whilst making clear its in relation to 2 absences (which CIC can see from the declared absences anyway).

I will be eligible in April 2015 and my wife will be eligible in January 2016 ( if the C-24 bill come into force in June 2015 she will be eligible in January 2017) . My children have the same travel dates as my wife.

So do you think should the children apply with me or my wife

He means the kids should be included in your application - it seems to be the best option for them to be included in the application that is submitted first since they do not need to meet the 1095 days requirement.

I got a job after 2 months of landing ... what do you think is better to write in work / education column in first 2 months after landing ( write unemployed or finishing paper like driving licence, health insurance, social number )
I am asking because in my application for PR I wrote in the first months after graduation from university ( finishing my license papers and my application was ok ). So i am asking if I can write (applying for documents instant of unemployed)

Thanks... but some people write different things for example ( during 2014 I became unemployed for 5 months but during this time i was taking LINC english course So instant of putting unemployed I will write this course )
I know some people did the same but with french course or another training courses ( not academic courses ) and their applications were ok
So do you think this is wrong
