Minor Application under 14 – Detail of Parents and other question for 14+

I will be Citizen next week and would like to apply Citizenship the very next day for my 5 year Old who arrived to Canada recently along with my wife.

Now I see on application some questions which are confusing:

On Question Number 8 : They ask for Parents detail but I see that they ask for Proof of citizenship, does this mean only the information of Parent who is Canadian Citizen should be entered ? (My wife is not Canadian) So I ll put my information only and put N/A for my wife without filling any information or I just leave it empty ?

All other questions that are for childrens of above 14, do I put N/A even if I can reply Yes/ No ? or I put N/A when I am not able to reply ?

And Signature Field Should I leave it empty or put N/A ?

You will write N/A for your wife citizenship certificate no & For all question that are above 14 year including Signature field. Regards
