Minor application + 6 months question (immigration consultant)

Hi everyone

My daughter went for 2 vacation first one is 3 months and the other is 4 months since she became a PR

In the minor application question 9 ( has the child left Canada for 6 months or longer since becoming a permanent resident?)
I went to immigration consultant and I asked him should I answer yes or no
he told me the answer is no because my daughter did not left Canada for more than 6 months continuously.

I am confused should I answer yes or no ( I want to be sure )


2- Another question in Adult application
Are you reside in Quebec? No
Do you authorize citizenship and immigration Canada to forward your name, address etc ? Should I answer Yes or No ( I do not want to leave it empty )

1-The consultant is right.
2- You can say "yes". that's what I did. I checked No for Are u resident of quebec but I checked YES for do you authorize.... because I don't care if they give my info to Quebec election committee.
