Dear friends , my application for a travel document on H&C grounds was denied by Canadian embassy in UAE. I have filed an appeal to IAD against the decision. Since I was not present in Canada in last 365 days I need to separately apply for a travel document to be physically present for IAD hearing. Problem is that this needs to go to both IAD and the Ministers counsel. Have not received any acknowledgement from IAD of receiving my appeal documents though they got them 2 weeks ago. Don't have the ministers counsel address for sending my travel document application. It has to be done within 60 days after you file your appeal so time is running out. Clueless what to do. Plz help urgently thanks
