Since my wife have relatives in Canada (we got some points on that) we decided she should be Principal applicant. Just to mention that we have 3months old baby who is also on the list
The idea was for me to go first, get the job and then have them come to Canada but than we have learned that she needs to enter first (as PA).
The other solution would be for me and my wife to land together and that she flies back to home country very next day and than come back after few months when I settle. So I was wondering is there any rule on how much time she as a Principal Applicant need to stay in Canada before leaving for few months.
I read somewhere that if applied for Permanent Resident Card when entering the country, the card will be mailed to address (I will stay with our relatives for the first few months so that will be our address) within 33 days. Is there any reason why I couldn't take her Permanent Resident Card and ship her to home-country so she can use it when she is coming back with our baby?
