Minimum paper works to invite family member to visit Canada

I would very much appreciate if someone can help me out:

I would like to sponsor my Brother for a visit visa to come here for 1 week. He has very good job and is married.

I just became a Canadian Citizen and I work full time.

What is the minimum paper works I need to send from here? Is it mandatory to Notarize the invitation letter?
