Minimum necessary income for sponsoring my wife?

I've been reading posts on forum most of them are saying that you don't need have a minium necessary income for spousal sponsorship.
But for document checklist i recently downloaded, in the part 2 for Sponsor, it says
2: If you are sponsoring a spouse of common-law partner with dependent children who have dependent children of their own and either of these situations applies to you, complete this section
- you are not producing an origional option C printout of your last notice of assessment for the most recent year OR
- you are producting an origional C printout of your last notice of assessment for the most recent year, but the total income reports on your printout is less than the minimum necessary income, then provide the documents listed below as proff of your income.

I am confused of the 2nd situation as i will be having an option C printout, but it says i have to meet minimum necessary income or else i will have to show proof of other income.

Please advise

Your spouse has dependent children with dependent children of their own? AKA you are grandparents supporting your own children and your grand children? Otherwise those two situations don't apply to you. They are bulleted because they are sub-possibilities of that situation.

Oh No we have a small daughter... so i guess i only need to provide the OPTION C PRINTOUT for sponsor???

You are still misunderstanding the instructions. If the spouse you are sponsoring has a dependent child then no minimum income applies. If the spouse you are sponsoring has a dependent child who also has a dependent child, then minimum income applies.
