minimum ielts for arranged employment

hi
plz i want to know that i have an arranged employment and without ielts i am scoring 67 points. my immigration lawyer was saying that there is no minimum ielts requirement,you have to get 67 points,it is not the concern of cic visa officer that are u getting very gud ielts score or not.... i have 4 bands in ielts....plz tell me that without ielts i am scoring 67 points ..is my 4 band sufficient?

English as treated one of the factors an applicant is judged on. For example - the immigration officer might state a reason that due to poor communication skills the candidate is unfit for the position. Even though you may have an arranged employment it will on the descretion of the immigration officer. So to avoid being in the grey area, you should prepare yourself and reappear for IELTS.
