Minimum funds to carry

Hello seniors,

Can you please suggest me as what is the minimum amount of funds that one needs to carry at the time of making entry to Canada? As we are a family of three, however I will be travelling alone to start with and my family will come later after few months. Do I need to carry the funds for entire family even if I am travelling alone or funds for single person would do? Also please provide the amount in CAD please.

CAD-17,011 minimum.
As you are the principal applicant you are responsible show POF while landing, irrespective included family.
Other family members landing later are not required to show POF.

As wilson said, PA needs to bring the required funds for entire family even if PA is alnding alone. There is no minimum fund requirement for the family when they land later

I will be bringing only 17000 as that is the minimum requirement for family of three. Hope that will be fine?
