Minimum Education Requirements for oinp human priorities stream

Hi Everyone,

I got NOI for pnp ontario under ontario's first tech draw, however I see minimum requirement for education is bachelor's degree. Should I go ahead with the application? I tried calling their representatives but no reply.

If you don't have the minimum required education (Bachelor's Degree), then your application will be refused. Why waste the $1500 application fee?
