oh god!!! 449!! its huge . why the sudden rise? do u know anything about this sudden rise? because, prior to that the crs cut off score was 412, 413, like this.

It was the first draw since the changes in CRS calculation came into effect on June 6th.
The changes enable applicants to score more points on basis of the following-
- Additional points for candidates with strong French language skills, with more going to candidates who also have English language skills

- Additional points for candidates with siblings in Canada

These are the reasons why many applicants have been able to score higher, and the cut-off is raised to 449.

No one has an idea about the cut-off CRS score other than CIC themselves. So the only thing we can do is hope for the best and improve the areas in our profile which can improve one's overall CRS score. All the best.
