Minim TEF score for express entry

So i passed the TEF this morning i got a C1 in listenning (comprehension ecrite) and a C2 in (comprehension orale) , still waiting for the result of expression orale and expression ecrite , i think i passed 'em well too !
i have an IELTS (not enough band on listenning ) so i plan to use TEF as primary language ! so what is the score i'm aiming for ? (i'm planning to get LMIA btw )

for the program all i know is that i'm gonna do express entry to ontario , with an LMIA so any precisions on which program i should pick would be welcome !

for ontario you need CLB 7 in french and CLB5 in english

Typo? CLB 6 in English actually. And OP will get an LMIA so he doesn't need OINP at all.

@ mooncef: I believe C1 is equivalent to minimum CLB 7, so that's enough. You can include IELTS as secondary language to improve your FSW eligibility. Wait, do you have 12 months of work experience in Canada in the last 3 years?
