Military exemption

Hello all,

I have applied to express entry in March, and later on, at the end of April I received the notification about passing the medical examination.
Yesterday I received a new message into my CIC inbox, requiring a document about military service or exemption, which has to be notarized, scanned and uploaded to my CIC profile within a week.

I have an exemption from military service due to scoliosis, diagnosted in April 2013. This exemption however is a temporary one, requiring extension every 3 years, so I extended it in April 2016, and the next time I have to extend it is April 2019.

Now I guess that I should send the document about my "temporary exemption until April 2019 due to scoliosis" to the CIC, but my question is, how does CIC treat such temporary extension scheme, i.e. the one that needs to be extended periodically (in other words the absense of permanent exepmtion)?
May there be any problems with this type of exemption?

Thank you
