Migrating to Canada with an American born child

My husband and I are Jamaicans and our daughter is 1 year and 7 months old, she was born in the US and holds a US passport. We are about to apply for express entry.
What are the requirements for migrating to Canada with her?
Will she need to do a medical and so on?

The requirements are really no different than they are for you. There's no special / separate process for Americans.
