This is gonna sound really dumb, but here goes..
My professional experience includes 3 companies. I am working at the third one so can't request reference letter from there.
Company #1 exp - 3+ yrs
Company #2 exp - 1+ yrs
Comapny #3 exp - 2+ yrs
Employer #1 used my father's name as my middle name because one of the two idiotic reasons listed below:
There are too many people with my first name and last name at the company.
Its a custom in that region to have father's first name as middle name.
I never had a middle name on my documents. I have never used a middle name. Even name on account in which salary was credited for the employer didn't have a middle name on it. I may have account statements.
While leaving the company I requested for a letter explaining the situation, but my request was declined. Seeing that it was declined then, it'd be declined now too.
I haven't received ITA. This is solely for future preparation and in case someone can benefit from this case.
Shall I attach a Letter of explanation or affidavit or not include the company under professional experience or do something else entirely? Please help.
