Middle name issue need help URGENT

Hello I need your help please as I'm getting paranoid.

I am confused whether or not to put my middle name in my express entry profile. If Yes, should I write it together with my given name? or with last name?

Also, in my IELTS TRF, my middle name is written with my family name on the last name section of the form. Would this create a problem for my visa processing?

I asked british council for amendments and they approved. they gave my new TRF in one day!
