Middle East CoPR timelines and PR delivery to UAE

Hello guys,
Submitted my passport today for CoPR along with the required documents. Hopefully all is in line and the CoPR gets issued.
Just wanted to check what are the timelines for receiving the printed CoPR in the Middle East. Do all the passports end up in the Abu Dhabi.
Additionally, is it possible to land in Canada for a week or two and then have the PR delivered to my relatives in Canada and then have it couriered by them to me in the UAE.
