I used DHL...but the DHL lady dint seem to know what she was doing, she had to print the labels 3 times, cause she kept forgetting to include the prepaid labels for the return on the folder for being on the phone and taking to the girls next to her..I got so stressed I told her to please pay attention to my package cause included very important documents and didn't want her to label them wrong or send the somewhere else.... Well anyways at least I can feel relax just to know that the package has been deliver and the guy who signed is the right one.. My status in ECAS still says in process ..

But I have notice that if I log in with my Husband's info. The number of lines in the PErmanet resident section is only 3... But when I log in with my info. It shows 4.. Maybe is not that important to update his.. Since the file got transferred to Mexico.

I'm the applicant.. Just doble checked the previous package I sent with the police records and it was also signed by Osvaldo Salinas.. Lol I don't know why I had in mind it was someone else. That confirms even more that my passport is there and safe.

Ok cool.. Your section will be updated soon.. They received my passport on April 8 and on April 15 they updated my status to decision made and changed my home address to my wife's address.. Oh ok cool.. That's confirms it hehe your good to go.. Yeppers it is.. God is good..

Oh wauw that's why they sent you that email.. they were expecting you to send it earlier but you sent it like almost a week after you received PPR. I think the passport is fine.. now that you sent them an email explaining the situation they will look for it and proceed..Did they ask you for a lot of additional infor to send along with the passport? Yeppers we sure will soon God is good

I just had to change mailing information so they just included in the email I received back from them that they hadn't received my passport yet and that I have until the 25th of April . If I didn't email them about address change I would've never known they hadn't received it due to the fact that I am still under the timeframe and I tracked it and it was received at the office. And no not a lot of additional info sent with passport just regular things they ask for. They have yet to find the passport . I'm really hoping for some positive news tomorrow . It is really odd because the address is correct , the people at DHL knew what they were doing . No idea how this has happened .We have spoken with DHL they said they did drop it off at the office . Really confused . We are really stressed out . :-X

Omg this is scary.. Did they replied to your email you sent giving them info about how to find your passport and by who it was received? Ok so it has to be there.. Me too I hope they can give you some good news like asap.. I bet you guys are.. I'm gunna pray for you guys.. God is good don't lose faith..

They haven't replied yet . But thank you ! I need all the prayers I can get . And yes God is great ... I have faith everything will be ok . I'm really glad nobody else has this issue ... It's super stressful !

It took 22 days for our passport to come back, only took 10 for my friend, so it's hard to say why some are returned faster than others!

hopefully my husband can arrive soon.. we had to cancel his flight for this Friday because Mexico is keeping his passport until he sends the information requested by them to issue his PR.. we sent the passport for his visitor visa and they are not sending it back. Annoying!

Wauw that's a long time... is that only business days..If so we have 9 days counting today since they received my passport. Wauw that was awesome only 10 days.. yeah it sure is..I think its cause they are waiting for a good bundle to send them all out at the same time instead of just doing one by one..
