Hello everyone,
If there is already a thread on this particular subject, please point me in the right direction.
I applied for permanent residency through the Federal Skilled Worker program and I am now in the latest phase. I sent my passport to the VAC in Port-au-Prince on June 7. It was dispatched to the Mexico City VAC on June 18. I received three emails confirming that my visa application was received in the VAC and was in transit to the IRCC office where it will be processed. I don't understand what this means. It's been two days and it's still in transit. Can I assume that the application has not reached the office yet? Is there someone here who is familiar with the IRCC office in Mexico City? What can I expect in terms of the timeline?
I have a planned trip for the upcoming week, so please help me with this.
Thank you
