Me and my spouse are currently applying for Express Entry from Mexico, and IRCC requested a Police Report from both of us.
We have been informed that our documents are being held by customs until we provide a Tax Number of the receiver, however we have been unable to find that information online.
We shipped our documents to:

Does anyone know where we could find the Tax Number? There is no contact information for the embassy online and as many of you know this is a very time sensitive issue, we have less than a month left until IRCC revokes our application.
