Met under CEC only

Hey all,
I am eligible under express entry under both FSW and CEC. I have 950 points. I have LMIA and I studied in 2 years program in Canada. I have a situation that , I met under FSW and CEC but I want to met only under CEC. How can I do that. Is it possible? I don't have education & experience abroad.
My details- NOC 0621 (0 manager ) 1 year skilled experience in Canada
Available Fund shown- $5000
CELPIP Score- L - 9, S - 8, R - 7 and W - 7
Is it possible to get ITA under CEC only?? instead of FSW??
