Messed up Employment dates

Can anyone help me here> I stated my Canadian experience started in april 2015 rather than may 2015 and im so close to being finished now. Can I change this? Does it matter? Also my employee name is different, i wrote down my overall company name rather than what i worked for, can this be changed. Please help

If your CRS is impacted by changing Apr 2015 to May 2015 as starting date, then yes this might be an issue, if there is no impact, suggest you to submit all documents as required and explain the discrepancy in the LOE and also mention that it was a mistake and correcting it is not impacting your CRS in any way.
