messages shown differently at on-line services page?

Hi, just wondering anyone has experienced a similar situation like I had?


I was able to check the status via on-line services and it shows 1.the date of receiving the application and 2.we started processing your application on ....


But it only shows the date they received the application, and it is not showing 2. we started processing your application on....any more when I checked it today..


any idea?

They received my application by post on June 4th, and send me acknowledgement on July 9th, and the it used to show that they are processing the application on July 9th too. But right now, it only shows the date they have received the application on June 4th.

Well, your application is still pretty fresh. I wouldn't worry about it too much, they wouldn't have sent you AOR if the application wasn't complete. You can always try calling them to ask, but I doubt they will have much information for you at this stage. Give it a few weeks, maybe the online status will sort itself out.
