Message of not eligible since Jan, 1st 2019?

I had created my profile two weeks ago, and my score was 447 , so I was a candidate.
but just today, 1st of January I received this message that I am no longer eligible. and the reason is not clear.
can anyone tell me what is going on?
have any of the rules changed in 2019?

I got the same email my points were 465. There is a possibility that funds requirement got increased from 12475. I put 12500 CAD what did you guys put in ??
