I am Electro Technical Officer (ETO) is a licensed member of the engine department of a merchant ship as per Section A-III/6 of the STCW Code.
All necessary STCW 78/95 documents on the hands and are valid. USA visa (valid up) from 26/June/2014, Expiration date: 23/June/2024. I have strong proof with evidence of my claim.
Currently, I'm in Georgia and waiting for TRV, to travel to Canada,
Once I enter Canada with my TRV I'm willing to apply for a refugee claim.Can some one plsguide me through steps.
In this case which provinces is a more better that do it??
What steps should be taken once I move??
What about Legal Aid??
