Hi, I was hoping somebody could please help me out with the following.

Form IMM5710 has the question: "Do you have any physical or mental disorder that would require social and/or health services, other than medication, during a stay in Canada?"; Form IMM5669 has a similar question: "Have you ever had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?"

I answered "No" to both questions when I sent my application. However, two months after sending my application, I visited my GP, who prescribed me antidepressants for depressive symptoms. After my last check up, I was told by my GP to just continue taking the medication, and that I don't need any further appointments, as everything is going well. Should I send a webform to IRCC to update them on this matter? Does this count as a mental disorder?

Please let me know if you have any advice on this. Thank you so much in advance. I really appreciate any help.

No need unless your condition needs hospitalization or you are unable to work/study. You will need to mention your medication in your medical.
