Hi everyone, i just need a quick advice concerning the last question in 9, from Schedule 1 Background/Declaration. should I mention that for a year in my life I have been taking medication for treating mild depression? I have told the doctor at the medical exam about this, so they will probably know, but if I check YES when they are asking me about a SERIOUS MENTAL DISORDER, it might look scary...

what do you think?
any experience with how the IOs look at these things?
:)

Depression is not the type of mental disorder they're talking about. They're wanting to be sure an applicant does not have a mental disorder that would make them a danger to Canadian health or public safety. You've told the DMP - that's all you're obligated to do.
