Medium wage less - Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.

I have a query regarding the Medium wage, I got an invitation yesterday under Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream but medium wage now is less by 3 dollars. It will be increased in the upcoming March yearly cycle. Can I still accept and add the documents? Employer is willing to fill the form too.
