Hi all .....

I am FSW applicant , my application is pending to VO for further processing ...
I would like to ask any one who got experience with medicals to tell me what the lists of laboratory and diagnostic procedures asked by the practitioner

Hi buddy,

The tests u need to undergo are:

HIV and serology syphilis

Urine test

Blood pressure test

Chest X ray

these are the normal tests u need to go through and u can also visit cic.gc.ca to know further on the same..

Any idea? Repeat Chest X-Ray

Hello Everyone,

I am a beginner on this forum, i am worried right now because i received a letter
last Oct. 2012 from Canadian Embassy Manila requesting to repeat my chest xray at St. Lukes Medical
Center Extension Clinic.

Is there anyone who also undergo the same situation, or has an idea how long it takes or to wait more after i've done
my 2nd chest xray?

Well in fact we started processing our applications Since year 2009.
I already took medical examination twice (Oct.2010 and Aug.2011).
The first medical was expired then the second one was the current condition
where in iam requesting to repeat my xray after more than 1 year since my last medical examination.

Worried lang ako baka mag-undergo pa ko ng sputum test, and i guess it will takes too long.

I need to help my wife taking care of our 1 year old daughter currently at Toronto right now,
patiently waiting for the approval of our PR.

I hope i will get any idea on you guys.

This is normal. Might be the chest x-ray wasn't clear, so they want to have a clear picture

But my worry is, why it took so long (more than a year) before they requested
to repeat my xray? It should be a month or less, That's why our application also takes also too long.

My question is, why only now they request me to repeat my chest Xray (october 2012)
because i took my medical last August 2011, its over a year.

Nope, i don't have any history of TB. in-fact Last November 2011i laso undergone chest Xray because of our Annual Medical examination in our company, and the result is clear (Xray).
